Volunteer  Requirement:

Info. on Donating Time:

All volunteers must wear closed toe shoes. Volunteers must be ages 14 and older, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All volunteers under the age of 18 must complete a waiver with a parent or guardian signature. All new volunteers must complete an online application and schedule a new volunteer orientation as part of their first day. To access the online application and our volunteer scheduling system, please email our Volunteer Manager, Bethany Tatro at Btatro@gsfb.org

Good Shepherd Food Bank gladly accepts produce from your farm or garden. You can drop off food at any of the Food Bank’s locations (Auburn or Hampden). Please contact Nancy Perry at (207) 782-3554 ext. 1109 or nperry@gsfb.org. for more information about donating fresh produce.

What do the donations help fund?

Your donation helps ensure that adults and children in our communities have enough healthy food every month of the year.

All links lead to a secure off-site page for making a donation.  Aside from providing a link, How to Help in Maine does not participate in the transaction in any way.  Most of the charities are 501(c)(3) and therefore tax deductible
